One of my favorite resolutions this new year is monitoring how much time I spend on my phone. With all of today's social media it is super easy to spend hours watching videos and looking at posts... and even though this is entertaining, it's also very unhealthy! In order to stimulate your mind and body, try to do activities like walking, reading, or cooking during your free time instead of staring at your phone. This small change will be extremely rewarding, and can help clear your mind!
